First, the surface cleanliness of an aluminium foil packing should be high, and the surface should be free from oily dust, and the surface tension should be high. When using a simple method, that is, when testing with distilled water, it should be completely wetted, and the surface tension should be above 72 mN/m. If the oil is severe, the composite fastness will not be high, especially after high temperature cooking, delamination will occur.
Second, the number of pinholes should be small. Originally, aluminium foil rolls should be the best barrier material, but if there is a pinhole, the barrier effect will be greatly reduced. Gas, moisture, and light will penetrate directly and quickly, and the contents will deteriorate quickly. In general, the thicker the aluminum foil, the less the number of pinholes.
Third, the texture of the aluminum foil packaging should be soft, not easy to break when folded, and have good toughness. Purchased aluminum foil should be stored in a dry state, and should not be placed for too long, should be used as fresh as possible to prevent aluminum foil from absorbing moisture and deterioration.
